By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms.GENERAL TERMS
Before order commission from me.
Make sure you read this !!
Write in a clear and concise your needs If I cannot understand what you want me to draw for you, the drawing may not end up as you liked.
Provide clear references, low quality images make it hard for me to refer to them properly.
I will contact you in every step of commission (sketch-color-rendering-final adjusment)
Please be respectful and patient!

COMMERICAL TERMS
Commercial rights will cost double of the final price!
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork, this includes books, covers, Digital use for your brand, props, or any physical object using my artwork. Credit is still REQUIRED for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
You will NOT remove any of my watermarks and take credit for my artwork!

PAYMENT TERMS
All payments must be done upfront after I provide the initial sketch!All payments must be done by Paypal (f&f)You may pay in any currency as long as it equals to the full USD price.
Complex work may increase the final price depent on the needs.
The length of the commission will be disclosed after we speak! This depends on many factors such as; complexity, outside disruptions like school or jobs, order of commissions, etc.
After the sketch and color phase, you are only allowed to make 3 changes. Anymore than 3 changes to the artwork after this phase will cost 5 USD each. Any GRAND change or change that will require me to start from scratch will cost an additional 10 USD.

COPYRIGHT TERMS
I, as the original artist of this piece, am allowed to post any commissioned artwork on any of my social medias as demos or examples of finished commission work!You cannot resell this artwork, this artwork is for personal use ONLYYou will NOT remove any of my watermarks and take credit for my artwork!You may NOT alter the artwork without my consent!You will NOT commercialize any of my artworks, this mean selling prints, cups, shirts, or any object that uses my artwork for commercial purposes!
If you are going to post my artwork on any social media, please make sure to credit me!

CANCELLATION/REFUND TERMS
I, as the artist, am allowed to deny or cancel the commission at any time.If I choose to cancel I will FULLY refund the client.
If You, the client, decide to cancel after the sketching and coloring phase- you will only be entitled to 50% of the final price.If You, the client, attempt or claim a chargeback after receiving the finished artwork- you will be blacklisted and your name shared amongst other artists for safety. You will loose the full right to that artwork, this means I am allowed to resell or use for my personal uses.I have the full right to file a complaint against you, and receive the FULL payment back.
